    The pioneers

We’re straight-forward. We&#;re the ones in orange and we&#;ve got nothing to hide. Our energy and passion for life are contagious. We love people.

We believe what makes us special is contradiction. Acttiv blends lots of points of view, motivations and diverse tastes, and that&#;s our winning formula. Nuances. Our ability to understand others, to integrate them and allow them to express their own opinions.

    Nacho

    Empathy

His empathy is due to his concern for people. He’s always making sure they’re ok. He manages Acttiv and in his free time he roams Madrid. He glimpses, within the perfect lines of building and balcony, and in the contours of fleeting faces, the hidden stories of the city.

    Courage

He who dares, wins, goes the expression, and it describes Javi perfectly. His courage stands out to us because he knows how to convince us that if we want to do something, we’re capable of it! That’s Javi, personally and professionally. His ultimate challenge, which he has succeeded in doing, has been to climb his first three-thousander : the Néouvielle peak. And what’s left!

    Carmen

    Determination

Carmen gets straight to the point. As she finds solutions to problems so easily, she doesn’t need to beat about the bush. That’s what she’s like, calm and effective, meaning that, despite running the most boisterous team in the Company – Human Resources – she’s able to find moments of tranquillity and read tomes at least three centimetres thick. No less.

    Juan

    Stability

Juan’s a serious guy with a great sense of humour – how is that combination possible? We still don’t know but we think it’s because of his sensitivity. His calmness and
